Pottery lipped bowl wheel thrown & glazed in forest green & vanilla cream. Handmade Stoneware Pottery by littlewrenpottery on Etsy. This bowl is 4.1 inches (10.5 cm) in diameter & 5.3 inches (13.5 cm) in height. Sometimes with handmade items things don't go quite right & the green glaze has run slightly where it's been thick, particularly around the bottom edge of the bowl. This lipped bowl was handmade from white Devonshire stoneware clay. It's ideal for whisking matcha as part of your morning ritual. Once the bowl was thrown I formed the lip edge with my fingers to create a channel for pouring. You can still see soft throwing rings where my hands have drawn the pot upwards & a blue glaze decorates the inside of the piece. It's been cross dipped in vanilla cream & green - like a matcha latte! This piece can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The listing you are purchasing is in stock & ready to dispatch.
