I don't offer refunds or returns on custom made items unless in extreme circumstances. The price listed is for 2 coasters, so a quantity of 1 is 2 coasters, a quantity of 2 is 4 coasters etc. 10% off when you by a quantity of 2 or more. These coasters can be washed with a damp, luke-warm cloth. Do not scrub or soak them. They are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Keep away from prolonged sunlight, radiators & extreme heat. Avoid harsh chemicals & cleaning products. Epoxy resin is heat resistant to an extent, but these coasters are more suited to cold/ cool drinks. Please do not place boiling hot drinks on them as this may damage the coasters. All items are handmade to order so no coasters will ever be identical. Depending on how many orders I have, I will aim to dispatch within a week of you placing your order. If you need the item by a specific date, please write in the notes when placing your order & I will try my best to have it delivered in time.
