A small handmade thrown porcelain vase/chalice form, in a high gloss transparent glaze enhanced by a copper oxide stain around the flange rim. This vase/chalice form is inspired by the thrown & assembled elegant shapes found in the work of Hans Coper, one of the significant studio potters of the 20th century. Height 14 cms & 7 cms wide. All my pieces are glaze fired to stoneware temperatures, unless stated otherwise, meaning they are fully oven, dishwasher & water proof.
