A sweet, little earthenware milk jug or creamer made by the Benedictine monks at Prinknash Abbey, Gloucestershire, England, & were known for their metallic pewter-like glazes that has a smooth & tactile feel. The pottery closed in 1997. Use for milk or cream or perhaps for a drop of water for a dram. in excellent, clean, vintage condition with the Prinknash stamp on the un-glazed bottom.
