You've already brought them into your heart, bring them into your morning or office routine. This custom bowl is a great way to celebrate & memorialize your furry loved ones. The artwork is created by me & made to order with your personalized animal portrait. This listing is for a single bowl, base price includes one pet for $72, add additional pets to the same bowl for an additional $5 each. To purchase this pet bowl listing, select your custom design features. Send me a photo (or more) that best depicts the animal through my contact page or e-mail to: lucynilandesigns@gmail.com. I work directly from the photo that you provide, feel free to send additional photos depicting any markings or coloring that depict their personality. Once I have sketched the illustration in paper, a proof can be sent out for minor changes or approval. I use a process called Mishima to draw into the bowl using wax to keep the porcelain clay clean of accidental color. I can usually fit the entire body on the bowl, should that be your preference,if that were the case facial details can get lost. After the bowl is finished, I will send you a photo prior to shipping for your final approval. This is a hand drawn & painted image, wheel thrown with inlay & underglazes on a porcelain cone six clay. Fired in electric kiln with a clear glaze so the colors will not fade. The bowl you receive may vary slightly from the photo as each one is done individually. Each bowl is microwave & dishwasher safe. Bowls are roughly 3 tall & 5 wide. It is a single wheel thrown & illustrated bowl. These are made to order, from beginning to end the process takes about 4-6 weeks (a little longer during peak shopping seasons, I will announce deadlines if necessary).
