This pretty little lampshade features 100% Shetland wool. This yarn lampshade is part of my new Yarn Lampshades range. The navy wool has been wrapped around the white, powder coated steel frame by hand to produce this sweet little lampshade with a stunning effect both lit & unlit. Because of the inherently fire resistant qualities of pure wool this lampshade is safe to use with an old fashioned 40 watt bulb but I would always recommend using the newer energy efficient bulbs with all of my lampshades. This lampshade is 10cm diameter at the top & 20cm diameter at the bottom producing a cone shaped shade. It is suitable for a small table lamp or bottle lamp & is shown here on one of the beech lamp bases in natural which is also available to order.
