Description
This is a beautiful & rare Marimekko mug with birds & red stripes around the mug which is mainly glazed in a shiny royal blue colour. The mug was designed by Marimekko's well known designer, Maija Isola & they were produced for the Finnish company Marimekko in the 1990s by Staffordshire Potteries in England. The Made in England Stamp is on the bottom. The mug is in good vintage condition, it only has a small water mark on the top of the handle(see last photo). There are 2 mugs in the shop. The price is for ONE mug each. The mug would make a great gift for a coffee lover or bird watcher or even your Dad, if he loves both those things!
