These mugs are ideal coffee mugs or tea mugs & work perfectly on their own or as a set. They have been glazed in s simple white glaze which overlaps a grey band that pulls downwards slightly against the bare clay base. All my pieces are stoneware pottery & glazed in food safe glazes. PLEASE NOTE that these are not 'perfect', factory formed items & they each have their own unique charm! Each mug is formed individually by hand without using any moulds or a potter's wheel & will therefore have its own individual character, shape & imperfections. As with any hand built item there will be some variation in size between pieces, which is part of their charm, so all dimensions are as accurate as possible. As I am a small producer I am only able to make items in small batches, which means that on some occasions orders for multiple items will require making time, depending on my existing stock. Every item I make is carefully shaped & built by hand without a potter's wheel & will need to dry for anywhere between one to three weeks before being fired twice up to 1225 degrees.
