This is a Handpainted Blue Barge/Canel Ware Vintage Metal & Glass Candle Holder Lantern -Rare. A very pretty painted metal & glass candle holder lantern Very unusual item & very well done. The lever at the side raises the glass section so you can insert a small round candle. However it looks fantastic just as a decorative ornament. in good order, other than normal wear/marks Glass is fine. The paint is done well & they have given it little flecks of black within the background. Flowers are of tradional design. There is two hooks. One at the top & the other by way of fold down handle. Could do with a clean as dusty. No maker mark seen of the painter. Please remember due to this being handpainted, each section will differ slightly, but this adds to their orginality. Measurement 10-3/4 High x 4-1/4 Across base. Super talking point. This small item is light for size & fragile. This item shown is the one you will receive.
