Every Christmas tree needs a house shaped ornament to signify home!! This ornament is from the 1940s. There are strips of silver beads with black at the corners that are held together with wire. This ornament was hand made. in the center of the house is a larger red ball ornament. This is a three dimensional ornament. It is 2 tall without the loop x 2-1/4 wide x 1-3/4 deep. This ornament has it's original paper label that states Made in Japan as you can see in picture #7. the Christmas tree is not included. It is for display only. Because it is held together with wire, this house is a bit out of shape. It can be straightened. There is a bit of discoloration to the ornaments that is quite common with pieces this old.
