Offering a vintage, heavy crystal vase from the Flute range, designed by Rolf Sinnemark for Kosta Boda of Sweden in 1986. It comes in its original box with full product information, & retains its original foil label reading Handmade Boda etc. This lovely, narrow (pillow) vase was hand blown into a mold with flutes or ridges on the outside. The top is flat cut. It is narrow enough to fit on most window sills, where the light coming through would refract brilliantly off the ridges. The vase is shown in the Kosta Boda Book of Glass (cataloging the current collection as of 1986) on page 129, where it is numbered 48318. This model number is also stamped on the bottom of the box. Size: 6-1/4 high x 6-3/4 long x 3 deep. Condition: The crystal is Mint. It is a little dusty in the photos; it was left that way so as not to disturb the label. The box is good with a modicum of wear, retaining the original retail label for $39.50, & a later resale price in black marker.
