Shade or bulbs not included. Lamp in as is condition. It looks like the lamp wire/plug was replaced later & the original antique sockets were left intact. Seems like a real tankard & very nicely converted. You should replace/ restore the sockets, they work but look pretty old & sound it, possible 3 way switches but only had regular bulb so couldn't test & again for safety should be wired with new sockets. Socket read Leviton Patented 250W / 250V. A worthy piece for restoration. This cool Tankard lamp has its wear from age & use with scratches, scuff, dings, dents, bottom felt wearing, need to update sockets & possible plug/wire, nice Patina & still looks great. The overall measurement of the lamp is 19 5/8 tall to top of sockets, 12 1/4 tall to top of tankard thumb flip & bottom has 5 1/2 diameter. The lamp has nice weight at 5 lb.
