This is a lovely vintage French enamel candle holder. The candle holder is white & has a blue band around the edges with little leaves in blue on the handle. The chipped enamel gives it a distressed rustic look. It is in vintage condition & does show its age with some chipped enamel & rust. This adds to its vintage charm.
