An ORIGINAL beautiful condition vintage Swiss Army wool blanket, dated 1965. The blanket has probably never been used. This very heavy blanket is made of 100% wool from Swiss sheep. The wool is felted; the dense fibres make the blanket super warm & durable, for use inside & outside. The colour of the wool is a light brown. Woven into one end is GL 65 which refers to the initial of the maker & the year the blanket was made. Original Swiss Army blankets are in limited supply! The Swiss have begun producing them again but they are not always made with natural fibres. CONDITION: The blanket has never used; it has been in storage for decades. I washed it by hand to freshen it up. It is in excellent, crisp condition!
