A SINGLE vintage French Mustard gold Mid Century oyster plate. Made by the famous Faience manufacturers "Niderviller" & marked on the underside, with the maker's mark "Fauve". I currently have 6 of this colorway available, (combined shipping discount available). The plates I have all come from different batches, & the colors & patterns do vary very slightly between each batch, although ALL are the mustard colorway. If you purchase more than one, I will send the best matching combinations available. It would cost the same to post 2 as for a single plate, so the shipping would be refunded on the second plate. This is the single portion size plate. Diameter 10" (25cm) Height 1" (2.5cm) Weight 604g The plates are subtle in their coloring & each one varies slightly due to the glazing processes involved, the photos clearly demonstrate these differences. Stunning plates, vibrant & shiny, in fantastic condition throughout for their age, they look virtually unused, no nibbles, stains or chips at all, some have some minor glazing faults, (shown in the close up photos), but these are part of the manufacturing process. Even the base on the underside is still shiny. A rare find.
