A beautiful silver plated vintage single candlestick. It would look stunning as a centre piece for a celebration meal such as Thanksgiving or Christmas, decorated with foliage & flowers. It takes a single candle, & is in the style of a "wee willy winky" candle holder. A truly unique gift idea for someone special in your life. It dates from around 1950, in a fairly Modern style, & holds 1 candle. Marked on the underside, "Made in England", this item is silverplated. The silver/white metal is a little dusty, & I have left it as I found them. It could benefit from some polishing, but I prefer the original patina, so I will leave that for you to do if you so choose. There are minor surface scratches throughout, it is NOT NEW. It measures total width 4.5" (11cm) across, the main saucer 3.75" diameter & is 3" (7.5cm) high Weight 341g If you are looking for perfection & immaculate items then this not for you, It has marks & knocks commensurate with age, which I feel only adds to the authenticity of a vintage find. However this item is in very good condition & are extremely usable.
