A beautiful pair of tiny abalone shell stud earrings on sterling silver posts & butterfly backs. The silver abalone shells measure 17mm x 10mm & weigh approximately 2.4g each. The shells are made from 99.9% pure silver which is recycled. I use Precious Metal Clay to hand make the earrings, using a mould I made from the original shell which I found on a beach in Australia. Abalone shells are symbols of love, beauty, gentleness, peace & caring. They can also bring the wearer or owner good fortune.
