Description
This is a beautiful Victorian open sugar bowl & creamer set made by Mappin Brothers, c1865-1900. The pieces are electroplated, however you would sweat they are sterling. The creamer is 3-1/2 tall from the bottom to the top of the handle. The base is 2-1/2 diameter & the top is 1-3/4 across. no monograms on either piece. The sugar bowl is also 3-1/2 tall from the bottom to the top of the handles the bottom is 4 inches diameter & the top is 2-3/4 The designed is rolled or embossed into the pieces Each is marked with the Mappin Sun marking SUL C1860-1900 Mappin Brothers Electroplated Victorian Open Sugar Bowl & Creamer Set
