These Victorian spoons were quality-made in 1846 By John James Whiting. They are fully hallmarked with the maker's name, JW, the year mark, the silver mark, & a picture or head of Queen Victoria. They are fiddle-backed spoons & rare. The maker was a flatware manufacturer from Georgian period 1833 to Victorian period 1863. The spoons are monogrammed. The weight is excellent at 79 grams of Silver, so they will be worth a good amount of Silver in the future if purchased for silver content. Postage: UK orders are posted at least by 2nd Class Signed mail. All International orders are posted Tracked at this time until further notice. There is a minor risk of your item getting lost or damaged in the mail, but we have found 99% of our orders do not get lost or damaged.
