Our beautiful personalised ceramic baubles make a lovely thoughtful Christmas gift for Grandparents to celebrate the first Christmas of your little one. They can be used as gift tags or hung on your tree. Presented with your ribbon of choice with the option to upgrade to a gift box available. HOW TO ORDER: Step 1 - Select your ribbon style Step 2 - Comes in a white organza bag + option to upgrade to a gift box Step 3 - Add names as you want them printed as we copy & paste from here with no editing (e.g. Evie's - Grandparents / James' - Granny & Granddad) The design is set & only the names can be changed. ORNAMENT DETAILS Ceramic - gloss finish Custom text printed on one side approx. (7.5cm x 7.5cm with approx thickness of 3mm) Permanent print INFORMATION We are unable to provide digital proofs, it will be printed in the same format as the images shown on the listing. Please note that colours in the digital images may vary slightly to the finished products due to different monitor settings. PROCESSING TIMEFRAME Orders will be processed & dispatched within the timeframe shown on the listing page (usually 3-5 days). If you need your item in a hurry, please select the 'Rush my Order' option at checkout, this will ensure we ship your item within 48hours - you will receive an additional email/message from us confirming this. SHIPPING There are several options for shipping at the checkout stage. The standard option is Royal Mail 2nd class, this is not a tracked service & delivery dates are an estimate only, we are not responsible for how long it takes to reach you (allow 3-10 days). We recommend that if your event date is within 2 weeks of ordering to upgrade to our express shipping or rush my order shipping options at checkout. RETURNS I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable & in its original condition, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products.
