3 COPPER WIRE UNDER MISTLETOE ROMANTIC CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT HOOP EMBROIDERY My Christmas ornament designs all have a little shimmer to make them joyful! What's more, I stitch each one with attention to detail & with lashings of love! For this fiber art holiday decoration, I first crocheted fine brass wire to form a textile background & then mounted it into a traditional 3 inch wooden embroidery hoop. I used natural wools, metallic & crystalline specialty threads to make a branch of mistletoe & then artfully bright red bow with satin ribbon. The elements all appear to float on the wire backdrop! The use of crystalline & metallic threads add extra sparkle for the holidays or year-round! This is a unique technique that I personally developed, designed & implemented & my design is copyrighted. The wool-on-wire embroidery is my unique idea. This wire embroidery piece will hang attractively on your tree & the tree lights will sparkle through the wire.
