Vintage Noritake hand painted Sugar & Creamer Set. Very early Noritake, Mark 'M' in a wreath for Morimura, crowned by NORITAKE & below, Hand painted & Made in Japan. This green mark was registered between 1921 - 1924. This pattern is sometimes called Tree in Meadow or 'House by the Lake Sugar dish approximately 3 3/4 from edge of handle to edge of handle & 3 1/2 high. The creamer is 3 3/4 wide. The handles have decorative painting as well. The lid to the sugar dish has some chips on the inside. It is definitely pre-WWII. Noritake Sugar & Creamer - Handpainted, M in Wreath, Made Japan
