I have blanket stitched this candle mat on buttercream wool felt. It features a large winter birdhouse crafted from tan plaid felted wool. The dark brown roof is covered in snow! It sits atop a snowy tree branch & has a cardinal sitting in front & sprigs of holly leaves & berries on both sides! The outer edge is blanket stitched in cranberry & it has been backed in a matching layer so that no stitching shows. The perfect addition to any olde cupboard or dining table!
