Welcome to Omelessi Studio Isokon Building | 1934 Also known as Lawn Road Flats & the Isokon Flats, is a Grade 1 listed building on Lawn Road in the Belsize Park district of the London Borough of Camden. The flats opened on 9 July 1934 as an experiment in minimalist urban living. Celebrated residents included: Bauhaus migrs Walter Gropius, Marcel Breuer, & Lszl Moholy-Nagy; architects Egon Riss & Arthur Korn; Agatha Christie (between 1941 & 1947) & her husband Max Mallowan, art historian Adrian Stokes, the author Nicholas Monsarrat, the archaeologist V. Gordon Childe, modernist architect Jacques Groag & his wife textile designer Jacqueline Groag Made to order original artwork printed with archival pigments using the gicle process on sustainably sourced, high quality smooth matt paper.
