This is a stunning large brass planter. It was made in England by Lombard. It would look fabulous planted up, or it could be used as a fireside companion to hold kindling, or a small amount of coal etc. The planter has decorative lion's head handles either side. It is in excellent condition with a patina. The planter measures approx. 7" (18cm) x 7 1/2" (19.25cm) tall. This is a real statement piece & a rare find.
