A stately, classic Danish winged armchair with a tall back & sharp, chiselled good looks. It’s a rather imposing, grand piece with generous proportions that envelop you when you relax into it. The ideal chair for a study or snug, perfect for curling up in with a favourite book & a scotch. Equally, this will mix well with other seats in a mixed style lounge or family space. & of course, vintage leather is a practical option for what is destined to become someone’s favourite chair. This is a used, vintage piece that is ‘sold as seen’. We would describe it as in very good condition. The chair has been thoroughly cleaned & leather nourished. It’s soft & supple. There are some creases & minor marks on the original leather cushions but these are minimal. The canvas under the leather cushions is in good condition. The most ageing / wear can be seen on the arm ends, as you might expect. There is a little colour fading here, along with some very small ‘pin-prick’ scratches (we suspect from a cat) on the front right hand side but these are minimal & localised. Please refer to our photos to see for yourself. Although no maker’s label, this chair was imported directly from Denmark. Please do browse our photos for an accurate sense of condition & colour.
