PERSONALIZING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Using the drop-down menu, choose the number of people in your family (humans only). 2. Choose how many pets you want to add (if any). 3. Let us know the names you want on your ornament by using the YELLOW NUMBERS as guides. 4. IMPORTANT! If adding pets, you must click on the PET CHART thumbnail image to let us know which pets you want, along with the names of your pets. Pets will be placed where they look & fit best. 5. Let us know if you want the current year added. If you don't request it, it will not be included. We will place the year where we feel it looks best unless you specify. If you want a different year, just let us know in the Personalization Box. 6. Design & colors come exactly as pictured & cannot be changed. 7. Keep in mind, the largest (oldest) character is not always first. There are also other details you may need to pay attention to that are specific to the ornament. Always follow the yellow numbered guides. Be sure you are referencing the correct family size image when filling out the Personalization Box. 8. Please include a mobile number & email address at the bottom of the Personalization Box in case we have a question with your order. We find a lot of customer mistakes, so this will save time.
