Description
A covered bowl from the original Hellerware system of stacking dishes, designed by Massimo Vignelli & made in Italy. Hellerware was originally only produced in yellow & offered two covered bowls, two-lipped plates, a square tray, & a rectangular tray, all of which stacked together. Hellerware can be found at the Museum of Modern Art & the Cooper-Hewitt Museum in New York & won the Compasso d'Oro for good design in 1964. This particular covered bowl is in good vintage condition; please note the yellow in the photo is brighter than the actual heller yellow which is a smidge darker. There are three tiny chips on the bowl lip & on the circular handle as seen in the photos provided. This is still a noteworthy addition to any collection. -8 across the top -3 1/2 high plus the 3/4 high circle handle Shipping - I will ship internationally.
