This listing is for a rather charming small Vintage French Wooden Pediment. Hand carved & rustic this was originally from France but sourced here at an Antiques Fair. The seller had had this piece for a while & said that originally it would have come from a small dresser or sideboard. PLEASE NOTE: I would ask you to look closely at all my photos & read the description for the condition of this piece. The other items in my photos are for display only & are not included in the price. This rustically hand carved piece has been painted & distressed giving it a tactile, aged finish. I have left it as found, simply adding a coat of wax to protect the paintwork. Please do look at my photos in close up as they make up an important part of the description. It measures 26 cm x 14 cm high x 1.25 cm deep. It weighs 125 gm This pretty little piece would look lovely propped on a shelf as it can be free standing or alternatively it could be wall hung, but you would need to add some wall fixings to the back.
