A handmade embroidery Thistle cushion cover in a mix of linen, plaid & cotton fabrics in rich azure blue & green. On the front of the cushion cover stands a magnificent embroidered thistle in rich azure blue & green. I encased this lovely thistle with herringbone tweed wool in azure blue & added turquoise blue cotton piping. For the back of the cushion I used a co-ordinating soft touch linen mix fabric in a soft mink colour & to it added a turquoise central zipper & one of my makers labels. As a finishing touch & to highlight the mix of textiles, textures & colours used in I added a cotton turquoise colour piped trim. The embroidery thistle image on this cushion is simply stunning & comes from the Voyage Manson collection.
