Vintage unusual clear glass vase. This is a really retro small glass vase in a very different shape & contemporary style with a slim pedestal base & colourful rim. The top of the vase has a rim in shades of geen rather like lava flowing over the top. It is made of quite thick glass & has a good weight to it. I was concerned about balance with such a small pedestal in relation to body size but as long as it's not filled with oversize flowers it seems to sit ok so I would say it is ideal for dried flowers. Measuring approximately .... 17.5cm (7) height, 4.5cm (1.5) mouth diameter, 3.5cm ( 1.5) foot diameter. I have a feeling this is a studio piece but it has no maker's marks. This really is a very unusual little vase that would suit a contemporary style room. The perfect mantel decor that looks just as good with a single stem as it does unadorned.
