An attractive early 20th century antique oak bookcase bureau with glazed upper section having two leaded glass cabinet doors revealing three adjustable height oak shelves, above a bureau base. The bureau having a fall front revealing a fitted interior, above two fitted drawers each with decorative geometric moulding to the fronts, raised on barley twist legs with shaped stretcher supports. Working lock & key to the glazed section & the bureau (same key). Item Ref; M-1711 . DIMENSIONS: Height – 204cm / Width – 97cm / Depth – 43cm / Surface Height - 73cm . CONDITION REPORT: in good antique condition throughout with some signs of age & wear. General surface wear throughout including some minor marks & scratches. The glass remains all intact with no breaks. There are some scratches to the interior of the bureau (pictured). A piece of moulding is missing to one of the drawer fronts (pictured). Structurally solid & sound. Working locks & key. Splits into two pieces for ease of transport & movement.
