Vintage traditional chamberstick featuring a shuttle to adjust the height of the candle by means of a screw. This candle holder is made of solid brass, with beautiful copper rivets attaching the handle onto the base. A fabulous & functional object, this chamberstick can add a touch of vintage to any setting. This candle holder has some normal signs of wear & use commensurate with age, including a light layer of natural patina. The handle has a small hole to house a candle snuffer, which is not present. The item remains in good vintage condition overall, & is in good working order, including the shuttle. Approximately H10 x D11cm (D14cm including the handle). (Candle not included.)
