Quality vintage traditional chamberstick in solid brass featuring a shuttle to adjust the height of the candle. It bears no maker's mark, but dates from the mid-twentieth century. A fabulous & functional object, this chamberstick can add a touch of vintage charm to any setting. This candle holder is in very good vintage condition overall, with normal signs of wear & use commensurate with age, including some light natural patina giving it a rich golden hue. It is structurally sound, & the shuttle is in good working order. It measures approximately H13cm x D15cm (D17cm including the handle). (Candle not included.)
