Charming antique Regency chamberstick in solid brass with a unique ornate base. Its features are consistent with British manufacture, & dates from ca. 1820s. A very collectable object, this chamberstick remains functional, & would make for a wonderful ornament. It shows various signs of wear & use commensurate with age, & most notably: a missing ejector mechanism handle, dings, some lean to the sconce, & some natural patina. This is reflected by the price. It remains structurally sound & in working condition. It measures approximately W17cm x D14cm x G12cm, & weighs approximately 310g. (Candle not included.)
