Stunning antique silver plated candlestick with an octagonal base & a very unique design. The base is lined with a green baize to protect the underlying surfaces, as is traditional. It bears no maker's mark, but its features are consistent with British manufacture, & dates from the early twentieth century. I has great decorative value, & would stand out in any setting. It is in good vintage condition overall, with normal signs of wear & use commensurate with age, including a little surface wear & spots of tarnish. It remains structurally sound, & in perfect working order. They measure approximately D10cm x H12.5cm, & have a combined weight of around 285g.
