Exquisite four-piece silver plated tea set, consisting of matching teapot, water/coffee pot, sugar bowl, & creamer. This set dates from the mid-twentieth century, & the items are fully stamped under the bases. It is a fabulous example of traditional design, which has great ornamental value & would stand out in any setting. It is in very good vintage condition overall, with normal signs of wear commensurate with age, including a little tarnish inside the tea & coffee pots. The items remain structurally sound & are ready to be displayed, having been polished recently. Coffee / water jug: H17cm x D12cm x W19cm; Teapot: H17cm x D12.5cm x W24cm; Creamer: H15cm x W16cm x D9.5cm; Sugar bowl: H11cm x D11cm x W16cm. They have a combined weight of around 2420g.
