Father Frost with Quilted Sack containing glitter stars. Likely composed of a composite/resin that appears similar to paper mache. Made in the Phillipines for Department 56 during 1980-90s. His legs dangle from beneath his body making him a more substantial ornament. Great Collectible. He's in very good condition with perhaps a small scuff here/there from storage. Measures approximately 7 tall & 2.5 Wide. Father Frost was the precursor to Father Christmas in England & Santa Claus in US.
