Check out our 5 star reviews!! Our holders are hand crafted & painted with love, we take pride in producing beautiful personalized products. . THE FUN STUFF You will receive - x1 personalized 450mm (approx) x 150 high x 19mm deep board made from pine wood & carved on a CNC machine with your chosen name - x10 hooks to hang your bows. To ensure a safe delivery of your item I will pre drill the hook holes & you simply twist the hooks into the holes when your item arrives. - x2 lace strips for holding clips (see picture) approx 300mm in length - We will paint your name in the colour of your choosing THE STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW - We aim to have your product made within 5-7 business days & in the hands of Australia Post. - We do not offer refunds due to each item being specific to each customer - We will post your item as securely as possible, however if it arrives damaged :( please contact us. - Please note if you have a lower case j or i in your name the dot will be a love heart, if you do not wish to have a love heart then please message me & I will change this - As you can imagine all grains of wood differ slightly than pictured & some have a natural grain running through them. - Occasionally there may be some very minor paint bleeding, we do all we can to avoid this, but at times wood can misbehave! - Bows/ flowers pictured not included - Wall hangings not included. THE IMPORTANT THINGS Here at Pixie&me safety is imperative!! Our items are not a toy & must not be handled by babies/children. Bow holders/plaques must not be placed above a cot/bed. We offer a complimentary clear beeswax finish which helps keep your board protected. We highly recommend this.
