Titled PS-3S this white silver art was created to be part of a collection of 4 layered artwork, but at the same time to be exhibited alone. It is made of 29 layers of paper carefully positioned one on top of the other to create a volume & depth similar to a minimalist sculpture. All these layers are glued together reaching a resistance similar to wood. With this technique we get a work of art that we will enjoy decades from now. The red accent is painted by hand with the help of an airbrush. I have exemplified this detail in one of the product images. The paper used is white & is for professional use & can vary between 210-230gsm. in the product photos, the shade of white may vary depending on each individual monitor. The artwork consists of two pieces: the piece made of the layers of paper + Mat The two pieces are glued together forming a unitary piece & at the same time increasing its resistance. This has several advantages: much easier framing, extra resistance & the possibility of adding a mat of another color over the current one. FRAMING If you choose the framed artwork option, you have the complete package ready to hang: Artwork, aluminum frame, protective acrylic, & hanging system.
