I have designed this dinnerware for Michelin Star Restaurants. Chefs who want to stand out in the presentation of their meals. The concavities & hollows of these pieces make the liquids play freely through them creating unique designs every time you are going to the plate. You can fill all the holes or just some of them. You can put only liquids, such as cream of pea soup or a typical Spanish gazpacho, or you can go further by placing ingredients from the recipes in the hollows at the edges of the plate. & why not, you can photograph that delicious Italian risotto that your customers love so much. Your recipes will shine with their own light. These pieces are designed for photography. You can not eat directly on them although the products used are all suitable for food contact. The sealant that protects the clay can be damaged by the continuous use of cutlery. The pieces are dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, & freezer safe.
