A fine Asian inspired blonde mahogany, brass accented lounge chair from the Michael Taylor Far East Collection for Baker Furniture. The low & sleek lounge chair has removable seat & back cushions. A stunning Ming dynasty influenced design with many sculptural qualities. The decorative brass fittings have a nice rich patina. This is a rarer example with the solid backsplat. It has lost its Baker tag somewhere along the way but the design & construction leave no doubt who made it. Measures 26.5in height x 31in width x 24in depth overall. Seat height 14in. Condition; Light nicks & wear around base, typical vacuum scuffs. Otherwise excellent vintage condition.
