Enjoy our pressed Japanese Maple framed artwork in your home. It works well on its own, or as a set of three. It is a SIGNED ORIGINAL framed piece of botanical artwork - not a print! Japanese Maple symbolizes 'Elegance & Grace' in the historical language of Floriography. SIGNED ORIGINAL - not a print! It is real pressed Japanese Maple that we grow & harvest from our woodland garden in the Okanagan, BC. The botanical is placed on organic textured off-white handmade paper Each piece is individually signed. Dimensions of the frame: approx 15 -inch x 6 -inch, -inch thick frame (38.74cm x 17x15cm, 1.91cm thick). All frames are handcrafted, so the dimensions may vary slightly. Solid wood handcrafted frame. Finished with either black lacquer, walnut stain or white linen stain (Please choose) 2 ml glass Each piece features a back tag which identifies the botanical & its related meaning in the language of flowers. (Floriography) Sawtooth hook Each picture is one-of-a-kind & no two pieces will ever be the exact same. This is due to nature's individuality. Each flower & leaf must be harvested at its peak to ensure the highest of quality. They are then pressed in a traditional flower press which includes herbarium papers. We do colour enhance the leaves by hand to protect them from fading. Each botanical is then carefully selected & artfully arranged onto a variety of handmade papers. We use locally milled wood to handcraft a variety of frames. Each frame goes through a 5 step sanding process to ensure the highest of quality.
