THESE DO NOT COME PERSONALISED You can opt to have a permanent marker with your order & write on the back Our decorations are printed using a specialist printer which gives amazing results in colour & detail & unlike vinyl, they will not peel away over time. We aim to dispatch within a few days of the order being placed but over the Xmas season, this can be slightly longer as we have only one UV printer. As a small business, we greatly appreciate your custom & feedback once the item has safely reached you. If any item arrived damaged please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
