Tracking number is added to every order after shipping. Please keep an eye on it . If you are not home when the parcel arrives, it may have to be picked up from the local post office. Usually a card is left in your mailbox . If the card is not left & the package is waiting at the post office , you can pick it up providing them with your tracking number. Unpicked packages wait at the post office around 2 weeks & then they get sent back to me . There is a fee I get charged every time I have a returned package ($1.70 / 1.40). Packages that don't get collected from the post office & packages that get sent to wrong / incomplete addresses given by customers will be shipped out again at an extra cost that includes the fee mentioned above.
