Vintage ALFRED BAY KERAMIK Fat Lava Vase 111 21 West German Pottery 1950s. This vase with form number 111 21 is in excellent condition. Produced by Alfred Bay, a brother of Eduard Bay (of the famous ceramic producer 'Bay' from Ransbach) Here Alfred Bay started a small ceramics factory that was active for a number of years in the 1950s. Due to the limited production, the vases & pitchers of A. Bay are rare & highly sought after by the collector. Vase is depicted in the reference book: The Fat Lava Style from M.P. Thomas page 190.
