We pride ourselves on our three pillars of business: -Handmade -Our candles are eco-friendly, and; -100% natural. & as part of this promise, we refuse to use chemicals to enhance the burn time of our candles. Natural waxes like soy carry 'frosting', Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy. The natural makeup of natural pillar & soy wax means they do burn quickly when compared to chemically enhanced mass produced candles from larger outlets. For this reason we urge you to treat our products with how they were intended, as a beautiful decor addition. However, if you do have the intention of lighting them, please use a suitable coaster or candle plate beneath, as natural wax will drip. This is unavoidable without the use of environmentally damaging chemicals. & please, never leave our candles lit & unsupervised, this is a dangerous practice with any open flame; this is to avoid risks to yourself, pets, & property. Please do not buy our candles with the idea that they will behave like the mass produced ones you've experienced before. Natural ingredients can not be compared with manmade chemicals. This also means no two candles can be made identical, although every effort has been made to ensure consistency across the product lines. Textures & slight colour variations may differ from the photos. Please can we stress that our candles are made-to-order, & an estimate dispatch date is given with every order. Please consult your invoice first before contacting. Refunds will not be issued & orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been made for you. If you do require a candle made with immediate dispatch, please message us directly before placing your order to ensure we have the raw stock available to facilitate your request(s). Personalisation; Please choose your colour from the options on the order menu. For scents, or a shade that isn't listed, please message us direct where we'd be happy to discuss. Please use a suitable candle plate which is deep, you can view videos on the internet with how soy candles burn. They burn completely differently to mass produced candles & we cannot stress this enough. If you wish, you can pop these candles in the freezer before burning if you wish, though we are not advising this, it is a personal choice through your own research.
