This is a well preserved botanical specimen, collected in Pori, Finland in the summer of 1955. Geranium sylvaticum is also is the city flower of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. This would make a beautiful piece of botanical wall art once framed. The size is rather large at c. 10 by 16 inches. I'm combining this page together with it's protective folder. The page has found it's place inside the folder & these will very likely travel safest when kept together. As this is almost 70 years old, the flower can be brittle & the paper can be stained by the plant, as often happens. So, please see photos thoroughly to notice any possible imperfections before making a purchase. All in all, this has an aesthetically pleasant, authentic rustic quality to it & it is still holding very well together for it's age.
