This excellent ultra-cool, ExTREMELY COMFORTABLE statement chair is an iconic piece of design history - an original Axvall rocking chair by Modern design legend Niels Gammelgaard, made for Ikea at the turn of the 21st Century & no longer being manufactured, this is one for design lover's & will make a great investment. Brilliantly designed but simply constructed, it consists of an enamel covered metal frame with thick elastic cording as the seat - no cushions required! It really is super comfy when you sink into this stunning piece of interior architecture! Danish Modern, Minimalist, Post-Modern, Futuristic, designer, totally different & extraordinarily comfortable - rocking chairs don't come cooler! MEASUREMENTS Height - 86cm, Width - 103cm, Depth - 108cm, Seat Height - 40cm, Seat Width - 97cm, Seat Depth - 89cm. CONDITION There are a few slight marks to enamel but compared to other examples, this one is in ExCEPTIONAL condition, with the minor marks being on the back & underside, please see the photos including the last photo.
