The colors of these carpets are fade-resistant, & they maintain their vibrancy & brightness, having passed 8000 washing tests. They do not contain any harmful materials, making them safe for both children & adults. These carpets are allergy-friendly as they do not produce pilling or similar issues. You can wash them in the machine at 30 degrees without any problems. Our Carpets are composed of a Non-Slip Cotton Base with Soft Shiny Microfiber Polyester Feathers on top, providing a thickness of 5-6 mm. Packaging: As a standard, we use transparent packaging to ensure the carpet remains undamaged during shipping. If you'd like gift wrapping, please let us know when placing your order. Shipping & Delivery: We ship your carpet with DHL ExPRESS on the 1st day after your order. If you are located in any European country, you will receive the carpet within 2 days. For customers in America or Canada, delivery takes 3 to 4 days. Deliveries to other countries around the world typically take 2-5 days on average. While occasional delays due to address & country-specific conditions can occur, they have not exceeded 2% of our total orders to date. Return & Exchange Policy: Please keep in mind that we produce carpets to order. These specially crafted carpets undergo quality control before shipping. in the event of a production defect or any other valid reason for return, we take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to high international shipping costs & associated expenses, we cannot accept returns & exchanges for reasons other than defects.
